Garlic Green Beans


Fresh green beans are available now and one of my favorite ways to prepare them is to sauté them in a skillet with garlic.  This recipe is so easy and there are no exact measurements - just add seasonings to taste!

Ingredients:

Fresh green beans, trimmed
Coconut oil
Garlic cloves, minced
Kosher salt
Fresh black pepper

Directions:

1.  Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the coconut oil.

2.  When hot, add the green beans, garlic and salt and pepper.

3.  Toss occasionally and cook until tender; but still crisp.

4.  Enjoy!

Plated above with salmon for dinner. Yum!
